Over 450 Latter-day Saints gathered for a
Helping Hands community service project to pick up trash after the Water Festival. They met at 8 am and finished in time for a nice lunch of rice and chicken. They did so well that the governor asked them to clean an extra area around the Royal Palace. Pictured are a group from the Central (Viet) District. Seated second from the left on the front row is Ba Thu, a 78-year old long-time member who everyone loves and respects.
