Each ward and branch in the Church has a Primary organization for children ages 3-11, and every year the children and their leaders do a special program for sacrament meeting. The Viet branches in Phnom Penh are now doing their Primary programs, and these are the children from Branch 3 with a few extra adults. Those familiar with Phnom Penh will see Kim Loan on the far left. She is currently undergoing chemo therapy for a rare form of cancer.
