Early Friday evening we received a phone call inviting us to teach a group of teenagers from the North District how to bake cookies*, so the next morning we made a quick trip to a local market to negotiate for bowls and utensiles, and then went to Lucky's Market (they cater to foreigners) to purchase flour, sugar, etc. That afternoon we were greeted by 12 teens eager to learn. The following photos depict that event. It was a lot of fun for us and for them!

*Baking is not something known in Cambodian homes because they don't have ovens. The most common mode of cooking is over an outdoor fire.
