This is the Ta Khmao missionary home that was flooded. This photo was taken when the water was already starting to recede, so the high level was a few inches more. Elder Ang Kosal has been serving for a couple of months as a "part-time" missionary prior to departing in November for his two-year assignment to a Khmer-speaking area in Boston, Massachusetts.
