These teen girls worked hard and had a lot of fun being together. The girl on the left holding the bag and tongs has recently completed three rounds of chemo for a rare form of cancer. She has three more week-long rounds to go.



This little girl enjoyed every minute of her service.
Every morning, this group of thoat sei enthusiasts meets at Hun Sen Park to play. Thoat sei is played with a plastic shuttlecock with feathers on the end. Check out the over-the-back return kicks in this video.

A delightful (extended) family on their way home from Sunday meetings at the South District Center.
A little kiosk across the street from our apartment building. The local tuk tuk drivers like to hang around so the woman running the kiosk decided to start fixing them rice--a natural entrepreneur.
These are the day guards at our apartment building playing a game where they had to throw their cards. They assured us that this was their authorized off-duty time. ;-)
Sister Snyder says hi to these twin girls and their mother almost every morning on the way to the mission office. They were babies when we first came to Cambodia. They usually smile and blow kisses but decided to be more formal for this photo.
