The view from our room on the 7th floor of the Lan Lan 1 Hotel close to Ben Thanh Market in District 1 of Saigon.  The 3-star hotel was immaculate and the service incredible.  The cost was $42 per night, including a very-nice breakfast buffet.  We stayed for four nights and on the last night we celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary at a posh restaurant on the 23rd floor of the Sheraton Hotel overlooking the city lights.
