While there is a lot of construction taking place in Phnom Penh, there are many areas needing infrastructure improvement--such as at this intersection. Juxtaposed against this background is the digital countdown clock next to the stoplight at the bottom of the photo. Most of their stoplights have a digital clock attached to tell motorists how much time is remaining on the red and green lights. Very useful!
